With intense properly executed workouts and good balanced diet.

Being REGULAR. Which means you do your work every day in terms of diet, exercise, cardio, sleep.
You take care of your body and he will respond.

A happy client. When they tell me their old clothes are too big, or they can finally have a good sleep, good mood, energy. They quit smoking or don't want to eat unhealthy food anymore. I like to push them where they think they can't. Once they did, they realize they are better/stronger than what they thought.

I am involved in bodybuilding since 1996. Early on, people in the gym with more experience than me, saw my body changing fast because I was ''studying'' the sport in terms of science. They start asking me questions, advices, then programs. So clients came to me, I didn't need to reach out. It came naturally. I was doing programs and training clients in the gyms but I felt I needed to give MORE attention to clients so in 2011 I opened my store and 2013 my first private gym.

I went from 140lbs up to 276lbs of muscle. From France to Canada and Mr Canada Super Heavy weight. I did the road of body transformation from A to Z which means if you want to go to C,D,etc I can show you the way ;-) At the end of day it's STILL a personal preference. Look at my website, reviews, my videos, my style,etc or try 1 training session. I think there is a personal trainer for each person. Just make sure you find the righ fit.

I do offer custom programs with or without follow up as well as a contest prep. In both cases I see the clients once a month on a video consultation, and in between those monthly consultation I stay in touch with clients with emails. Every month clients has to send me pics, and let me know about his progress. And every month I do updates in the diet, training, cardio, supplementation and any other relevant advice.
