Where everyone is graded equally, according to the individual’s strengths & weaknesses.
Where expectations for improvement are established, agreed upon, and challenged.
Where improvements are measured by the quality of materials learned, rather than the quantity.
Where quality is understood as meaning the knowledge and ability to perform the materials learned.
