What makes a great website?
A great website is more than looks, it is an effective tool for showcasing a clients intended purpose. It should be informing, entertaining, goals clearly outlined for the target audience, user friendly and fast to load.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
Some key questions we ask is: What is the project about? Who is the target audience? Does the client have an existing brand or logo? What does the client hope to achieve with the project and how do they want to deliver - for example brochure, website design, logo etc. Is there a timeline for the project? And do they have any design styles or themes that appeal to them.
Describe your creative process.
The process begins with research and gathering information about the project - initial call or zoom meeting. Based on insights from the initial research we would start creating concepts and visual mock ups. Using various design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign we would design several compositions and send initial drafts to the client for feedback. Communication between the client and designer would continue till approval
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We would need a overview of the project, who the audience is intended, ask for any existing branding styles or guidelines, ask for specific requirements regarding design elements, colours, imagery etc. We would also need what exactly the client is looking for with regard to the final design (website, marketing materials etc) and content, and timeline.

Being able to express myself artistically and create memorable engaging visuals

What inspired me to start my own business was to help clients build something meaningful for them

Yes my services can be provided online and remotely. Client meetings can be done online (e.g Zoom), phone calls and all communication of files, mock ups, etc can be sent via email or other means of file transfer.
