Communication back and forth was v. good as I had to reschedule a clean 2x for various reasons. It was an initial clean of a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Unfort. the cleaning wasn't done to the best standards in my opinion. Amongst other things, hair and dust were still present after the condo was cleaned. However, the co. did offer to come back and/or reduce the invoice after i relayed my dissatisfaction w/the work done. I opted for a reduction in the invoice. More...

We have retained the Lighthouse Group service for the windows and housekeeping after construction cleaning for the brand-new home at Blue Mountains area. We have found the team well organized, professional and friendly. The team came to the site right as per schedule full equipped and prepared. The task was very challenging considering size of the house and after construction condition, however, the team worked hard to bring the house to almost perfect state. What inspired you to start your own business?
As a company we are driven by long term goals and determination. These qualities allow us to grow quickly but also offer the highest quality detailing and professional cleaning services.
As we expand our clientele we continue to strive in serving affordable, high quality and streamlined cleaning services. Being based in the Blue Mountains area allows us to be close to the resort for cleaning condos, cottages and, chalets. We are, of course, not limited to residential cleaning. We also clean office buildings, commercial spaces including stores, banks, and restaurants.
