L.I.F.T (Lifestyle Improvement Fitness Training) was brought to life in 2021, providing personal training sessions, and soon to come online workout programs. Since I was a kid, I have always been passionate about fitness and was motivated to create something that helps people manage their time and get started on their goals.

Gemma is patient and really listens to your needs. She is professional and has great credentials. I trust her advice and feel like I am in good hands. Her plan for me suits my level and where I am at now. I am a mature woman in her late 40s. I have certain health issues and she can deal with my limitations. In fact, she has helped me to overcome certain limitations without over exertion and a pace I can not only feel good but see improvements in strength and mobility. Thanks so much. I try to make training sessions as enjoyable as possible, while challenging you to be the best version of you. Trying to accomplish your goal while trying tomaintain a healthy lifestyle. I take an individualized approach. I want to help motivate you and take you to the next level.

1) Creating achievable goals, so we dont set oneself for failure. A small step today is a bigger step tomorrow.
2) Know what is holding you back to accomplish these goals and try to find solutions to overcome those barriers.

I have always been passionate about fitness and was motivated to create something that helps people manage their time and get started on their goals. Its really rewarding to see clients become happier and more confident with themselves. Just their gradual progression is something I love most about my job.

After years of always wanting to create a website and online programing I finally started following my dreams. L.I.F.T is created to help people embrace the fitness and health lifestyle, gain confidence, and develop a sense of fulfillment to become the best version of you. I want to teach clients on working towards being stronger, happier and healthier.

My intent as a trainer is to give you an understanding of how to reach your goals, and educate you about ways to maximize your potential. I have made it my mission to help my clients gain confidence and value this process, and love the journey of being a better you.
When I train my clients I provide warmup to improve overall mobility and prevent injuries. I also do a cool down stretching to improve flexibility and prevent DOMS (Delayed, Onset, Muscle, Soreness) as much as we could.

I provide training online canada wide and In home training is only for the Kingston, Ontario and surrounding region. If your not in Kingston region additional rates may apply.  I use multiple techniques when training my clients such as: training with bands, weight-training, body weight training, medicine balls, kettlebells, TRX, foam roll, ab roller, and sliders.

During in person training, I wear a mask, and sanitize all my equipment I bring. If lockdown measures are in place, I provide online services and continue in person training when its allowed.

Services

NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED, LEARNING HOW TO TRAIN IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME.

Bring a buddy for only an additional $15 per session.

IN HOME PERSONAL TRAINING
$70 per session for 1-3 sessions/week
$65 per sessions for 4+ sessions/week

ONLINE TRAINING RATES
$60 per session for 1-2 sessions/week
$55 per session for 3-5 sessions/ week

Plus taxes
