I had an appointment today….Saturday, April 16th which was booked a week in advance to see Sakshi the physiotherapist for Dry Needling.
I arrived for my scheduled appointment and when I met up with the Physio and asked for dry needling, I was told that she does not have a license yet to perform this procedure.
Why would you then book an appointment for me to come in?
Total waste of my time, and for what??
Some customer service blunders are was to understand, others leave customers shaking their heads and wondering what the company was thinking in the first place.

GREAT PLACE! I have passed by that plaza so many times, and didn't know there was a place like this! Definitely a hidden gem. The receptionist Vincy is super helpful and friendly. She helped do direct billing which was great. She also tries to book appointments at your convenience. SUPER friendly! Any questions about pricing, and the procedure, she knew. I had a lot of shoulder tension. For my first visit, Â I went to see Debbie for an RMT massage. She was very good! She went deep into the tissues where it hurt. She helped relaxed it, and explained some things regarding to it. She was super friendly and you can have a good conversation with her. It was not awkward at all. She made you feel welcomed. I went in again, unfortunately Debbie was not free, but I had Cindy. She was SOOOOOO amazing. She did the hot stone massage. I definitely recommend it! It really helps loosen up the tissues, which helped massage the tissues more. JUST LOVED IT!!!! Cindy was also easy to talk to, and super friendly. Both ladies always ask you if their touches are too hard or painful. They were both very caring, and ask how you are feeling. They really try to make your session comfortable.I also went in there to see the Chiro and he was super nice and helpful. At first I was terrified to try, but my friend told me that it's actually great. So, I gave it a try, and I have no regrets. He helped me with my knee injury from a while back and my posture. I called last minute for a massage appointment and the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Our call got dropped probably from my car Bluetooth connection and she called me right back. Upon arrival, she insisted that she tried to submit directly through to my benefits, even though I have had numerous issues in the past with drug and paramedical claims. With a smile and a little bit of troubleshooting, she saved me the hassle of trying to do it myself. The massage itself with Cindy was phenomenal. She checked with me with regards to pressure and where I felt pain. She relieved parts of my body that I didn't even know were in pain and she knew exactly which pressure points were tight. Recommended by a friend so I decided to try out this place. I liked that I could book an appointment online so I could see all the available slots and not have to talk to the receptionist. When I arrived, I was greeted by the receptionist and she was very friendly. The front entrance was rather small though and I think if there were 2-3 people waiting there for their appointment, it would be too cramped. There were quite a few rooms as I entered, perhaps one for each therapist. I opted to go with Debbie for my massage this place. I have been going to Debbie for massages for the past several years. Her skills are known and respected within the local community and everyone I've referred to her has been grateful. When my husband was dealing with brain cancer over the past year, I would go for a massage with Debbie while he would get acupuncture from Terry. I don't know what I would have done without the support of this clinic to help get me through the most painful time in my life. Today, I decided to try a new therapist, as Debbie was fully booked. I trust Debbie to only hire the best and I was not disappointed. They seem to find and correct muscle issues I didn't even know I had. I was looking for a good massage place to get treatment for my shoulder, neck, and forearm pain. As I was exploring, I tried a few places but I had to return to Life Health Massage. I get my massages from Debbie and from the day we started, I felt that she knew what she was doing. I get so much relief after going for my massages. She also catches other problems that I never thought of and treats them as well. Everyone is very prompt with time, and I always feel welcomed and respected. I discovered this place through Yelp reviews. In the past yelp ratings have strayed me to something that wasn't as good as the reviews were so I was a bit skeptical. However i am more than thrilled to have discovered this place. I have only been there once so far, my masseur was Chuan, He was wonderful. I first came to Life Health Massage because it is across the street from where I live. I am very happy that started to come here. I have been to a few massage clinics in the area and this is by far the best one. It is very professional and Debbie gives an expert massage. I don't need to tell her where I feel sore. She always finds the spot and works out the kinks. I told my wife about Life Health Massage and she is also hooked. I really appreciate the friendly atmosphere, the professionalism and the pride they put into their work here. Even if it was further away from my place, I would definitely still go to Life Health Massage. Do yourself a favour and try it out.They accept insurance benefits and also offer online bookings.
