I was lucky to have been part of this 7-day Mentorship to Balanced Life, program. A program that will help you find guidance to a messy week/month/year/life. Or a realization of some sorts. This program has really helped me tackle the stuff that overwhelms me. Helped me realize that i am wasting a lot of time doing nonsensical things with tasks that are important in nature or goals that i'm trying to achieve. What i love about the course is that Kurt will guide you through the ebbs and flows of certain situations, frustrations, and the likes. And the best part of it all is that, Kurt was able to open my eyes and showed that a balanced lifestyle will get you quicker to your goal. Sometimes, we think we have the answers and We are so full of ourselves, that we tend to take advantage of things. And only through mentorship and guidance can we fully achieve what we have set out for ourselves and our life. And for this, i am really greatful for this Mentorship. and Kurt is and will always be there to help you. He's a good Friend, a great Teacher and amazing Mentor. This week long focused program required thoughtful analysis and habit change. I have been allowing others to set my priorities or rather derail them and then be frustrated at my own lack of progress toward goals, gaps in balance with where I want to allocate time and energy. This really allowed my to consider the alignment of my time with where I want to spend my energy.
The capturing of data helped show areas for improvement and adjustment and Kurt’s coaching was spot on with strategies and actions to narrow in on.
As a result, I have been taking the time to plan my week and audit opportunities and trouble spots.
I also was able to carve out focused time with my partner to reconnect and to not always feel like I am on call! More...

I participated in the 7 Days to a Balanced Life program with Kurt and a small group of entrepreneurs in December 2022. I am a single mom with three young kids, I run my own pet sitting business, and have a part-time job. I was struggling with organizing my time, constantly overwhelmed and feeling like I never had enough time in the day for everything that needed to get done. From the first session, I learned easy and practical strategies that I was able to implement right away, and I continue to use now because they worked. We had great conversations in the online group meetings where we were able to bounce ideas off each other. It was nice to know others were struggling with the same issues.

Kurt was helpful, calm, supportive, sympathetic, and constructive. He had great ideas and has developed tools that are easy to use and really work. More...
