What do you love most about your job?
I love watching my clients Level Up. When they set out to accomplish a goal and then exceed their own expectations, I take great joy and pride in how powerful they can be. Knowing I had an effect on their happiness, accomplishments and self-worth brings me amazing satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My life has turned upside down more times than I can count and I have had to rebuild and restart over and over again. The trauma of loss and abuse took a massive toll on my self-worth, self-esteem and I developed bad habits and imposter syndrome that kept me halted and stuck in self-sabotage. When I finally understood and dealt with my traumas, I was able to better understand my gifts and learn how to take control and Level Up my own life. It is my mission now to help others that suffered like I did to do the same. If I can do it, You can too!
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been through it all and I have learned a lot about my value system and integrity through focus on my own journey. My coaching is unique because I let my clients take the lead and make decisions that are aligned with their own values and help them maintain their own integrity. I have an unwavering belief that my clients can and will achieve their goals and will never fail to help them believe in themselves as hard as I believe in them!

Yes, I provide services by phone or by video call. Contact and conference information will be shared upon agreement.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I provide 100% virtual services unless the client prefers to meet in person. I have a Covid-19 questionnaire to ensure that there is little risk of transmission during an in-person as well as maintaining protocols as per the WHO recommendations, including sensitization practices and masking mandates.

Somatic Experiencing
I am trauma informed and understand the toll that particular experiences can have in our brains and bodies. I help to release and rewire negative patterns to create higher energy and renewed emotional regulation.
