Let it Heal

Before discovering Bowen therapy I had tried EVERYTHING!! I was at my wits end. I was taking anti-inflammatory & some pain meds which I didn't like taking so half the time ididnt take them, which meant I was in so much pain. I have scoliosis & before I met Jo Jo Breeze I would have rated my pain at a 10+. After my first treatment I felt a slight difference, but after my second treatment I knew it was working. After my third visit, my husband commented that he noticed I was walking straight & not leaning to the right as much. Then my kids start to comment "how come your not complaining about your back pain anymore." I was so happy as this was the first time in my life I was pain free. I started to tell everyone I met who complained of pain. I went for 6 weeks straight & after that I didn't have to go back for another treatment for 5 weeks. And if I pain starts to come back it's usually at a 2. Once I go back to see Jo Jo again I'm pain free again. She goes out of her way to help people. She will fit you in at last minute if she can. Going on Saturday. Let it heal has helped me with a pinched nerve that went down my arm. A sore knee that tends to fill with water and psyatica(sorry about the spelling) that was so bad I could hardly walk or drive.
