What do you love most about your job?
Having spent 20+ years in banking, first as a nationally recognized Sales Manager at TD Canada Trust and as a Mobile Mortgage Specialist at RBC, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge and experience you can depend on. Mike is a member of the Presidents Club, which recognizes the top 5% of mortgage brokers in Canada.
Today, advice is more important than ever, and having a relationship built on trust is essential. Mike will provide you the best advice to suit your short and long-term goals – and recommend the best solution for you – even if that means staying with your current lender. He has a passion for helping his clients with financing solutions that others may not be able to provide, whether you’re a first-time home buyer or purchasing your 10th investment property.
Beyond his busy mortgage business, Mike enjoys golf (he’s a 1 handicap), playing the guitar (not very well), and acting. He is married to his wife Andrea, and they have two cats: Mittens & Sophie.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Creating Lenders' Choice Mortgages was the next step in my evolution as a mortgage professional. We felt we could provide a better service for our clients through knowledge, experience, and technology. Having access to many lenders is critical to providing our clients options and that is why we are the Lender's Choice.
Why should our clients choose you?
I care about my clients and will always do what is best for them. If you have an existing mortgage that is up for renewal and your current lender is providing you excellent terms, I will advise you to stay there if that makes sense for you.
