What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing transformations in my clients' lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I retired from teaching in the classroom two years ago, but I'm still energized by coaching adults in the English language, job search, and Interview skills.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I use Google Meet for our online lessons and have taught clients from as far away as Calgary, Alberta. Also, I give each client their personal Google Classroom where they can access all their lessons.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I coach ninety-nine percent of my clients online, so viral transmission is not an issue. However, if a client wants in-person, they can rest assured that I get the latest vaccine every six months, wear a mask during in-person classes, and ask my clients to use hand sanitizer when they enter my home.
During the warm weather, I teach in-person clients in my backyard.
