How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I give them a no nonsense routine based on time tested full body workouts. I push my clients harder than they have ever worked before within reason so that they can recover for the next session and do not get injured. I also provide custom diets and nutritional supplement advice.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Putting everything together..diet,exercise, rest and supplements. Most importantly you must be consistent and make this a lifestyle change that you can maintain.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people. It never gets boring helping people not only realize their fitness goals but help them navigate through life challenges like raising children, marriage and job troubles as well as dealing with injuries. Being in my late 50s I have experienced all these issues personally and therefore can draw upon experience to get my clients through anything life throws at them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a self starter with my own independent ideas therefore it makes sense for me to own my own business. I don't like dealing with corporate red tape so I have eliminated that by being self employed.
