Tried The Lavva Bar for the first time tonight... Was honestly wondering how we were the only two guests in there on a Saturday night when the atmosphere is incredible and the food is insane. Had full intentions on making it to the dessert round, but the portions were so big and so so tasty that our bellies were hurting by the time he offered the jalapenos have the perfect touch of heat and the salmon was arguably the juiciest I've had in Saskatoon. Great experience at Lavva Bar last night. Had an issue off the top with our martinis made incorrectly, but they understood, apologized and were quick to make us happy! Service was top notch, their cleaning and sanitizing is amazing (menus, chairs/seats, tables etc), social distancing between tables, masks all being worn, the food was AMAZING!!! Even received free after dinner cocktails for the martini issue AS WELL AS 10% off each of our bills! I will be sure to support Lavva Bar in the future! Thank you! More...

Me and my roommates order ultimate cheese nachos, bacon potato skins, spinach and artichoke dip, cheddar bacon burger, lava butter chicken, and a brownie. I’m someone is celiac and was able to try everything except the brownie. Everything I tried was amazing. We ordered from skip the dishes, when we got the food everything was there, and all the food was hot. I found the prices to be fair and was able to get good portions, with everything ordered. My boyfriend says that the brownie tasted like chocolate butter and would like us to order it again. I would absolutely order from here again, and can’t wait to get the opportunity to visit the restaurant in person. My favorite was the butter chicken, with rice and veggies. Great food and atmosphere. Started with the spinach dip - delicious! Meals we had were steak sandwich and chipotle mango chicken. Both very good. Had two drinks that were tasty. Had a great visit, ate a great meal - but not enough time to try out the cool cocktails! I am definitely heading back as there were so many great dishes yet to try out. Lighting was good to see what you’re eating. The tinted shades added a warm hue to the room. Long bench along one wall would be great for putting a larger crowd together. A slightly raised lounge area with comfy short couches was off to one side opposite a well stocked bar on the other side of the room. Fun look! More...
