At Lauren Clausen Nutrition I take a rounded approach to overall fitness. A healthy diet is absolutely crucial to health and wellbeing. Without proper nutrition it doesn't matter what kind of workout program you are on, you will not reach optimal health or have as much success during and after your workouts.

I work alongside my clients to achieve their fitness goals by collaborating with them and tailoring their program to their individual goals and needs. I educate them about WHY I have them do each certain exercise or encourage them to eat a certain food so that they can be successful in the long run.

Keto. JUST KIDDING! There is no one secret that fits everyone's goal or body. It takes motivation, hard work, knowledge, and small habit changes to make great nutrition and fitness into a lifestyle rather than it feeling like a chore.

I LOVE helping build people up and being part of the change that boosts their self-confidence. There is no better feeling in the world than seeing that sparkle in a client's eyes when they start seeing and feeling progress.

A few years ago I went through my own fitness and nutrition journey. I felt very overwhelmed with diet culture and all of the (mostly false) information that was in front of me. I wanted to simplify it and help others go through their own journey without having to feel bombarded and stuck.

Due to Covid-19, my services are all currently online.

I have moved strictly to online training and coaching.
