I contacted Lakeshore Construction to get an estimate for renovations in my basement (flooring, installing panel wall, partial removal of wall, removal of a painted on blackboard). Their quote was on average with the other quotes that I received, however, Sid seemed the more experienced and confident in meeting the start date as well as being able to wrap up everything in a timely manner.

I'm glad I went with them, as the work was done up to expectations and Sid and his team went above and beyond to make sure there wasn't any mess or burden on me after they left.
