Kojo fitness was truly what I needed. Brian is a knowledgeable and experienced PT who knows his stuff. Easy to get along with, and he has an acute sense of one’s potential and limitations and an uncanny ability to assess what the potential gains can be.

I first started working out with Brian last November, and was immediately impressed with his ability to kick my butt in a relaxed setting. As a busy professional, it is nice for me to just show up, be told what to do, and work hard. Brian does the thinking, i do the sweating. I lost 22 pounds in the first 3 months, have more energy, and less stress. Anyone who is looking to reach their fitness goals and have fun doing it should call Brian More...

Q&As

1) Set a realistic, achievable goal
2) Create a plan of action to achieve said goal
3) Motivate the client before, during, and after the workouts
4) Include a meal guide as nutrition is an important part of achieving a fitness goal
5) Hold the client accountable

Consistency over a significant period of time. Whether it be with the nutrition or with the workouts, consistency over time is the way to achieve a fitness goal. If you are someone who is inconsistent or goes through ups and downs with their workout schedule, a trainer would be a great idea to hold you accountable and ensure you are getting the number of workouts you need to get to your goal.

Helping people achieve their goals is rewarding. Getting to meet new people from all walks of life, color, race and creed and helping them achieve something that maybe they didnt think they could achieve.

Love helping people achieve their goals using my methods rather than following a template of a big box gym
