Absolutely amazing service! Booked the team to help with a moving out cleaning before the next person takes possession of our townhome and the knocked it out of the park. The place literally looks as good as it did the day we got it! Cleaned all the floors, all the bathrooms top to bottom, fridge, stove, shampooed the carpets and so much more. Every detail and care they took in making sure the home was spotless. I posted on BARK that I needed carpet cleaning done for one of my rental homes. Abdul and Jason from Kohi Cleaning Services contacted me minutes after making the post and offered me an unbeatable deal.
It was great to know that they differ from other companies by being available 7 days a week, also, I believe they said all of their cleaning products are eco-friendly, and the cleaning solution they use is safe around pets which is always a plus.
They were able to book themselves on the day my place was available and did an amazing job. They left my place looking impeccable and presentable for the showings we had.

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Kohi Cleaning Services always uses our own equipment and supplies. However, we do have clients that prefer for us to use their supplies as well. All of our supplies are eco-friendly, and are completely safe for pets and children.

Kohi Cleaning Services takes pride in providing top-tier service for our customers. What we love the most is the positive reactions that we receive which in turn creates trust and builds amazing rapport, which then ultimately leads to client loyalty.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Having to help and serve the community where there has been a lack of quality services provided. We wanted to be able to market ourselves as a company that delivers on their promise, and to provide our clients with the best experience possible.

Our clients choose us because of our ability to over-deliver in our promises. Unlike other cleaning companies, Kohi Cleaning Services offers a "Final Sweep" for our clients where the owner of the unit checks to see if they are satisfied with our work before leaving.

We are able to book our clients on the Same-Day if needed. Most of our inquiries are via phone call, and we are also able to manage our clients' needs online via email as well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff always present themselves in clean staff uniforms, and change into new uniforms between jobs. We come equipped with shoe protectors, N95 Masks, and nitrile gloves should this be a preference for our customers.
All of our sanitizing and disinfecting solutions are scent-free, effective against Covid-19 and are safe around pets and children.
