How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Fitness and health is a lifestyle. It’s a journey. It’s all about the mindset. If you think you can accomplish everything in a few short months or years you will be heavily disappointed. As we go through the seasons of life there are times we feel we can conquer it all and there are times we feel life being under a rock. The mind frame to have is to just keep steady and focused on your commitments ( easier said than done, I know). But I notice that people who have a long term mindset end up accomplishing more.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The main thing is to be consistent. Consistency will build your dream body more than focusing on short term intense actions.
Nutrition is a HUGE part of it. You have to eat for your goals and that for some is learning to have a different relationship with food.
What do you love most about your job?
The ability to help others through their health and fitness process and see them progress. The most rewarding thing for me is when a client is able to gain a new sense of belief and confidence in themselves which translates to all areas of their life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I loved playing basketball as a teen but I was so bad at the game. I wanted to play college level but knew I did not have the skill. I had the opportunity to be mentored and coached by top trainer in the city, he helped me improve my skills through strength training and within one year I was a top athlete going into college. That feeling was incredible and since that time it has been a desire of mine to help people in that same way.

I do online zoom sessions, or at home sessions as well based on clients needs.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I've been vaccinated and I always keep my equipment clean. Also ask clients what they are comfortable with in any type of setting.
