I’ve been to various Physiotherapy clinics and trainers over the years and I have yet to find any as knowledgeable, experienced, or professional as Knew Life. I was pleasantly surprised as to how quickly I could get an appointment. Christina was very professional and polite. I went to her prior to my hernia surgery for advice on how to best prepare. She had a lot of stretches and pertinent information to get me ready. I would definitely recommend her to anyone pre operation and post operation to rehabilitate their abdominal muscles.
