About me:
I became a trainer in 2012 but fitness has always been my passion and a big part of my life. I come from an active family. My mom used to teach aerobics, my dad used to be a cyclist so I spent my childhood doing group fitness classes and cycling ?

I have worked with Klaudia for over 2 years and have had such a positive experience. She really helped me become a stronger individual and helped me realize what my body is capable of. Klaudia’s been an amazing personal trainer to me while working out at Goodlife Fitness. She helped me out with what exactly I needed to do to reach my goals, helped me out with my meal planning, and is an overall great person to work out with and laugh with as well. Klaudia is an amazing trainer as well as a great person. She is so flexible when it comes to my crazy schedule especially with 2 kids and work that she always makes sure to fit me in. Every day she pushes me harder towards my goals and expects a lot from me which keeps me motivated and goal oriented, without making me dread working out. I came to her get my energy level back and also to help me conceive. Within a year of working out with her i got pregnant.During pregnancy she helped me with proper focus on stretching and concentrated on those exercises that would help me to have an easy delivery.

I have been working with Klaudia for almost a year now and I cannot believe how much she has helped in changing my fitness levels. She motivates you to keep pushing your limits to build strength and stamina. During the lockdown, she has continually found new and interesting ways to create workout sessions using minimal equipment at home while still providing the optimal strength and resistance training you would normally receive in a gym environment. I can't believe how much my strength has increased and the changes I have noticed in my body. I feel I have worked harder and continued my sessions because of her motivation and inspiration. I’ve given 5 stars because Klaudia is a really awesome trainer. She’s very patient with you, she makes you feel like you’re way stronger than you think and pushes you to be the best. She’s caring about how you feel the day you come to train and will adjust your workouts to your needs. Before having a trainer, I had zero results and I couldn’t get myself anywhere. I joined boot camp classes with Klaudia at the gym and now am continuing on victuals classes. At first I was scared to join a class but Klaudia made it feel so easy and enjoyable as she’s always smiling and encouraging us to perform at our very best! I started doing the morning boot camp in November and since then I lost 10 lbs and I feel much better about myself. The workouts are definitely hard but they are effective, fun and the other ladies are super nice as well.

All one on one and team training sessions are virtual at the moment. I design your workouts according to the equipment you have at home. Don't worry if you don't have any, you can still have an effective and awesome workout.

Pre programmed workout plan. 1 hour live one on one sessions. Currently virtual. I plan your workouts according to the equipment you have.
Plans :
2x/week 1 hour sessions over zoom for 6 weeks $360
3x/week 1 hour sessions over zoom for 6 weeks $540

Tone and burn team training boot camp. Loose weight, tone and have fun. 3-10 ladies working out together.
1 hour live sessions. Currently virtual over zoom. Equipment needed: small dumbbells or water bottles, mat and a chair.

20 sessions $200

Current schedule :
Camp 1: Monday and Friday at 11.30am.
Camp 2: Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm.

1 month eating plan designed and calculated according to your goals, eating habits, likes and dislikes. Weekly check ins. Contact me for details.
