What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love seeing people transform into happier, healthier, more confident versions of themselves. Empowering people to live the lives that they want to be living lights me up inside!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I live with chronic illness and am no longer able to work in the industry I've been in for the past decade. I've always had a passion for helping others and when the lockdowns hit in 2020 I was able to slow down in life and find my coach training program through iPEC and the rest is history! I want to be an agent of change in this world and inspire others to overcome their challenges and learn how to live a whole and fulfilling life.

You want someone who is going to listen deeply and hold space for you to show up exactly as you are while empowering you to step into who you want to be. My services are offered exclusively online at this time. There are plans for the future to do in person workshops and retreats, however, my main offerings are all online for now.

As stated above, all of my services are offered exclusively online at this time. You can join from the comfort of your own home knowing that you are safe and protected.
