My friend and I went in to the store to get a gift. The associate (who I believe is Kim) greeted us and welcomed us in right away. She was very knowledgeable and gave me gift suggestions for my idea. She was extremely friendly and although wearing a mask, you could tell she was smiling and happy to serve us. Thank you for the great experience. My friend even said she felt like she was at home. We came out for a girls day and met Michelle, she was AMAZING and so amazing with all the other customers in the store. She was so knowledgeable and super approachable. I was in your store October 20 and was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted right away by a friendly dark haired lady. I had never been to Kim’s Secrets before and wasn’t sure what I was looking for. Your staff was very knowledgeable. She showed me a number of options and I never felt pressured. At one point she had to leave to deal with a customer who came in without a mask. I want to let you know that she handled herself very professionally and even got the customer a mask to wear which I believe she paid for herself. I just thought you should know that you should be proud of your staff and your beautiful store. Well done and I definitely will be recommending Kim’s Secrets to anyone who asks. However, I do have one complaint...I ended up spending more than I planned on lol! More...
