I signed up last week, and have tried 4 different classes so far. Really enjoyed the "Moving to Music". The Tabatas class was the first one. ..a bit of a shock to this old bod, but, it was a good start, next, I did the circuit, then Pilates this am. I am looking for a description to all the different classes somewhere...Great group of people. More...

in 2012 there was a need to get myself in shape quickly to fit into the fitness criteria for the Fire Department. Beth cranked out a great plan including nutrition and some kickass work ethic and I dropped 24 pounds safely and within a goal oriented timeline.
