Kelly is very friendly and fun to talk to. She knows how to initiate a happy communication with my husband. However, she was not punctual.

We recently had the pleasure of employing a PSW who stood out from the rest! We were in need of some overnight help for our Mom (Grama) and Kelly was wonderful!
She took time to chat with my daughter and I on the phone first, and then came to meet us and my Mom personally. She immediately put us at ease with her compassionate and pleasant personality.
Kelly demonstrated an exceptional ability to connect with my Mom and also showed a genuine interest in her well being and happiness. My Mom trusted her right away and really enjoyed her company.
Kelly Stevens is the owner of Kelly’s Home Care. She exemplified the best qualities one could hope for in a caregiver. We would highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a caring and dedicated caregiver.

It has been a pleasure to work with Kelly. She is very professional and caring and has guided me through the process of supplying home care to a friend who is 91 years of age and who is living alone. My friend Margaret who is hesitant to have anyone help her has enjoyed the company of all the caregivers sent to her in Kelly’s employ. They have been punctual, caring and if needed have stayed past the hours booked. Last night Margaret was admitted to the hospital for observation and with short notice Kelly’s team will provide companionship daily and bring her a few outside snacks and meals until the doctors and social workers complete their assessment. I booked with Kelly Home care for support at home as I was recuperating from knee replacement surgery. I found Kelly to be very professional and helpful- advising me of things to think about in my home environment. My PSW, Christine was truly amazing! She approached her work with me in a compassionate and kind manner. She was very respectful of my home and often offered to help in keeping it tidy and clean. Christine was invaluable in supporting me through my physiotherapy exercises and personal comfort. She took the lead in what she could do for me and focused on establishing a professional relationship. When I get my other knee done, I will call Kelly’s Home Service again! More...
