Karen has a 'no punches pulled, kind of straight shooting' approach which worked for me. She helped me see that one of the obstacles standing in my own way, was me. What do you love most about your job?
Observing the growth and changes that happen with clients. I love being of service and helping others.
What inspired you to start your own business?
An illness that took me off the front line as a 911 responder, to sitting at a desk with a computer. I really missed being a part of people's journeys. It was an easy pivot from counsellor and 911 responder to a coach.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been in helping professions for over 20+ years and have helped hundreds of people to make changes and achieve their goals. Besides having many and varied life challenges that I myself have pivoted and overcome, I also have a unique and different perspective from the popular sentiment. This has been very advantageous for clients in getting down to root problems to create lasting change.

I only provide services online at this time. I use zoom and offer Voxer or messenger or email support between calls.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
This is not applicable since services are only offered online.
