What do you love most about your job?
The things I like the most about my job is that it comes easily and naturally to me because I have been personally managing my own properties through the years. I also love interior design/decorating & photography and enjoy giving advice on how to prepare a space for a showing and photographing the space for rent.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It just came into fruition organically after having attended some Keyspire events, I got the motivation to start my own business.

I know where you are coming from: the frustrations of trying to find the right tenant is time consuming and making the wrong choice can really affect the condition or state your unit will be in at the end of a tenancy & having to possibly deal with a Tenant that can't pay their rent is frustration and huge time & energy waste.

Yes, it is possible to have face to face meetings over facetime (iphone users) or through Zoom or other platforms. A telephone call can also work very well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am triple vaccinated and I follow the safety guidelines and protocols recommended by the World Health Organization, London Middlesex Health Unit and keep up to date with the different phases of re-openings from the Ministry of Health. I follow a strict protocol when seeing my clients in my office and onsite (Landlord properties).
