The food , decor and service all were perfect .Worth the drive from Markham to Richmond Hilll . We went as a party of 8 for dinner on a Saturday night around 9 pm. The restaurant was packed and had a good vibe. Complimentary Salad - Rating 0 out of 5. Tiny shreds of lettuce eith thin slices of cucumber. Looked quite sad. Charsi Karahi Chicken - The best karahi I've ever had. So so good! A little salty though. Rating 4.5/5 Goat Karahi - spicy for medium but sooo delicious! Loved it. Rating 4.5/5 Falooda - Never seen such a tiny falooda. Maybe a 6 ounce cup? Rating 2/5. Chocolate cake - Ordered it as it was my husband's birthday. Too dry. Rating 2/5. Mint Margherita - Rating 2 out of 5. It tasted like club soda with mint etc. Most of us rejected it but my mom liked it...so drank both of them lol Seekh Kabab Chicken - Pretty good but didn't stand out from others we've had. Rating 4/5. Chicken Tikka - Was good. Rating 4/5. French Fries - Server forgot them so we asked her to cancel. She insisted on bringing them though and didn't charge. Charsi goat karahi @Milcreek location is out of the world experience. Beef seekh kabab compliments the naan very well. One and few restaurants in GTA that get ambiance right while providing quality taste !

Horrible experience.. below par service which started with dirty plates and water with bits floating around.. next came a small plate of salad which was filled with water that went splashing everywhere.
. over looked this thinking the food would be great.. wrong once again.
Bihari had an add after taste.. nihari didn’t taste authentic and the meat quality was sub par and not cooked properly! Karahi taste was reasonable but seemed like chicken was cooked separately and then added to the gravy.. brain masala was dry..
Horrible experience and not recommended at all!! Wouldn’t go back ever!

First birthday of friends get together celebrated at karhai point Mississauga location .
Had lots of fun and memorable time with good food and when good friends are together what else you want .
Staff was very accommodating and provide us with preferred space for our gathering . Ambience was amazing and food was excellent . Would love to go back again soon .

We have our set menu, but to meet our customer's needs, our chief can alter the existing dishes.
We do have a kids' menu to accommodate all age groups

What inspired you to start your own business?
When I moved to Canada, I was based in Richmond Hill and I use to miss the taste of food from back home.
My craving for authentic cuisine made me start a restaurant in Oak Ridges Richmond Hill to serve a wide range of populations. I have learned to customize the need of a wide range of populations.
We have served our menu to Chinese, Italians, Iranis, Arabs, Indians, Pakistani and Canadians. They all love our food quality and quantity.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have many specific qualities that are hard to find under one roof. First of all, we sever authentic Halal food, we can customize food according to clients' needs and we are ready to serve on weekends, and all public holidays we accommodate early and late hours.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We do have curbside pick-up available. We completely sanitize our restaurant and each table after every use. All our staff are fully vaccinated. We provide sick leave for staff who have even minor symptoms.
