I called Kaloozie when I was having a problem with water coming in through the chimney clean out. I thought it might be due to my a siding problem so I asked Mark for an estimate to repair it. Mark came promptly the next business day to provide an estimate. Not only did he NOT provide me with an estimate, he pointed out that that installation had actually been a pretty good job and made another suggestion as to where the water might be entering. The snow this past winter really damaged the siding at the back of my house. I had initially called Kaloozie to consult on that. Mark's response was immediate and he visited and provided an estimate the following day.
At the same time, I was replacing my wood fireplace with gas. When the fireplace was removed, we found that the whole structure on the outside wall had rotted away (water damaged). Mark agreed to replace that structure as well.
He was able to have his team on site within a few days. The work was quickly and expertly done by Karl and Jordan. Mark was on site a couple of times to review work in progress.
Mark was consistently available to answer questions. The work was completed earlier that predicted and on quote. My home and yard were left clean and tidy.

We were affected by the September 2018 tornado and were in the process of finding a company to replace our siding. We had a few people give us estimates but then we saw the siding work being done one street over from us. We were impressed with what was being done on that property.
My husband went to check it out and that is when he met Mark of Kaloozie Comfort. Mark came by our house and not only did he give us an estimate, he showed us what we could do to give our older home a much more contemporary look. He helped us with colour choices and
we chose vinyl over aluminum and added rigid insulation.
By mid December we met Lee and his crew. They set everything up and
started the work before Christmas. They were very professional and worked through rain, ice, snow, extreme cold and everything that this
winter had in store for us. Lee was great at anticipating and solving
issues that come up when dealing with an older home. Mark was always
available to answer questions and was on site to see how the work was progressing.We now have a great looking house with a very modern look. Our home is quieter and much more energy efficient.

Kaloozie Comfort did great work on our home, on time and on budget. We hired Kaloozie to replace the siding on the east side of our home. Water was leaking into the house and we couldn't determine from where. We opened up part of the wall from inside and we could see rot to the point where there was a large hole in a panel and we could see the siding from the inside. We were fearing the worst as it was impossible to see the extent of the damage without removing all the siding. Kaloozie removed the old siding and replaced the most rotted panels. I appreciate that they didn't go overboard and keeping some panels that were still structurally sound, keeping the budget in check. New siding was installed with great care, cutting out the sections around the electric meter and properly finishing it. A hood vent that we suspected was the cause of the leak was replaced. The windows were properly capped to further protect from leaking. We had a few bouts of torrential rain since the work was performed and we're happy to report that water is no longer leaking into the home.We're very happy with the work and our representative was easy to deal with. We never felt pressured or mislead. We would happily recommend Kaloozie for siding work and we will seriously consider them when our roof will need work. More...

We wanted to change the look of our chimney stack from the regular old siding, to a new Novick stone look siding to tie into our new addition. We decided to do this with Mark and his team. Mark came out right away gave a very affordable quote and did the work when he said it would be done. When the job was done he came and checked on the job to make sure we were happy. We wanted one or two little changes he was happy to oblige and got it done the very next week.
