My sister and I recently took our dogs to Anne and her team for 7 night stay. It was the first time we had ever done this and I am so thankful it was with Anne. Anne takes our rescue dog and is very accommodating to his "issues". Harley is always happy and excited to be at the kennel and is always exhausted when we pick him up. He has always come out freshly bathed (especially in spring when their yards are muddy) and looking better than when we dropped him off! They are excellent!! More...

Great classes and good trainer but don’t always return calls and when they do it takes forever.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. The training they offer is worst than PetSmart training. I was able to have my dog trained better at PetSmart. Just because the owner has been a "trainer for 20 years" doesn't mean you should trust her. I bet it's not even her training your dog outside of "training class". Friends dogs have went there and came home filthy and full of energy. They obviously don't play with them enough there(or at all). The yards were always mud pits. They told my friend that they could not have a tour of the facility. I would not trust my dog there if I could not see where he was staying. They also only use crates. Wire crates which are dangerous. The ones seen outside are all bent and ruined. The young trainer doesn't seem like she's knows what she's doing and is quite snotty. I would never bring my dog back to be trained let alone let my dog stay there. Don't trust a facility that won't allow you to have a tour(they will give you a poor excuse). "Your a liability if a dog bites you" Typical excuse for not letting you see what the place looks like. DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG THERE! More...
