When I started working with Julie, I lost self confidence, motivation and most importantly my health. I gained a lot of weight in a short amount of time, and through Julie's training I lost all of it and more! Not only did I become stronger physically than I thought I could, I learned healthy eating habits that were sustainable in every day to day life (unlike the fad diets). She was more than just my personal trainer, she was my life coach and someone I could chat with and vent to when needed. All in all, Julie changed my life for the better and to this day continue with the habits she taught me. Will always recommend her, and stand behind her practices.
