A group of us travelled up to Fredericton from the Saint John area today to try a Kangoo Jump class. Boy, did we have fun! Jamie and her team were warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I love Journey Fitness! The instructors are all amazing humans that push you to reach your limits and encourage you, while recognizing every persons own abilities and they make accommodations as needed. I have tried so many fitness classes at different places and I honestly love this place. They offer tons of classes so that it’s easy to try a variety while being consistent and showing up for yourself. Jamie, Anna, and Megan have all been so nice to me, the classes are a lot of fun!
