We chose to work with John White for our engagement and wedding photos and we are SO happy with this decision. John is professional, friendly, and really puts you at ease. When we received our photos, we couldn’t believe how many amazing shots were taken when we weren’t even aware. John is able to get incredible photos without being intrusive and his candid shots are spectacular. He had so many great ideas and they turned into wonderful photos. One thing we loved is that we never felt “posed” or “staged”; John was able to take photos of us that looked and felt very natural. Another positive aspect is that John explained the technical side of the photography, which helped us feel very confident in his abilities.As our wedding day went by so quickly, it is wonderful to have had it all documented in such a beautiful way. Don't look anywhere else. John is everything we wanted in a wedding photographer and more! He was reasonably priced and was extremely professional. He let us determine the look we wanted for our engagement photos and wedding day and made the pictures pop! He stayed all day for our wedding and we had the pictures The best part was that he was able to get amazing shots from a distance so that it didn't take away from the ceremony. John's approach is quite unique to taking photographs, extremely photo-journalistic, really capturing the essence and energy of the people and places he's documenting, often without people realizing he's photographing them. The images he captures are remarkable, they are candid but so well executed - he's absolutely an magician with a camera. John is very much a people person and creates a sense of calm which is important, especially during the stress of events or weddings.
