What do you love most about your job?
I love exploring with my clients. There is always something moving or happening during our conversations even though we can't always see it until it happens. The excitement of exploring and knowing that there is something novel and new on the horizon is exhilarating and satisfying.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been coaching and mentoring college and university students for over 15 years and a number of them have connected with me years later when they were once again looking to make career related decisions as professionals. I have always wanted to continue my work in career and executive coaching on a full time basis so this was the best way to get started. I have also been studying and working with entrepreneurs for a long time and now that I am running two of my own businesses, I can put the things I learnt into practice.
Why should our clients choose you?
I enjoy meeting my clients where they are and finding a way to work together on designing and moving along a path to their goals as a team. I am laid back in my approach but am as focused on where we want to go, as much as on what we want to explore, experience and do along the way. We move forward whenever we mutually agree that the process is working but I am also happy to step back when my clients needs or goals lead them in another direction.

I work with clients in person, or remotely by telephone or zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote calls have been my go-to during the pandemic. I am happy to meet in person with clients who are appropriately vaccinated though a number of people have opted to do remote sessions regardless of their vaccination status.
