Joe was great from day one! I’d really struggled with consistency in the past and had never come close to crafting a repeatable routine. Joe immediately helped build me a program for solid workouts that I could execute week after week. His efforts in holding me accountable through check ins were crucial too as I needed to stick to the habit.
