Yes, I provide services using zoom platform, psychology today video conferencing and a phone call. I provide some written material for clients using email.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My practice is mainly through video conferencing. Client have no direct contact with myself or each other.
Mental Health Counseling
Mental health counseling for adults and families. The treatment focuses on stress management, holistic treatment of anxiety and depression. Variety of modalities is used to aid clients needs in recovery.

this is a quick intervention bring clients to regain focus in there life.
Anger Management
This is an individual and group anger management program, court approved services. Client will learn about the roots of anger and how to avoid inappropriate behaviors. Client will learn a new communication skills. Letter for court will be provided upon successful completion of the program.
