I specialize in Swedish massage therapy.

Swedish massage is designed to ease pain and promote relaxation. It uses different pressures and strokes on tissues and muscles, achieving maximal pain relief, stress release and relaxation.

I also utilize Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM).
This involves heated stainless steel tools that allow for an effective breaking down of scar tissues and fascial restrictions.

I also implement deep tissue massage, aromatherapy and fascial integration techniques to help you achieve your wellbeing goals!
