I take a person centered trauma informed approach, which means I believe all people have likely been through some form of trauma and that they already have what is needed to heal within themselves.
I enjoy helping people connect to their heart and break free from trauma and the symptoms that stop a person from living a healthy life.

What do you love most about your job?
I love it when people get that light bulb moment, and when people message me years later just to say they are doing well.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am good at what I do and I have unique skills and training that set me apart from the average counsellor. I want to help people live happy lives.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have been through many of my own struggles and have a deep understanding of what my clients are experiencing. Another piece I feel is important is that I work as a counsellor in a treatment facility for the treatment of trauma
