Jennifer is a fabulous person, lawyer and hard working and smart. I do not regret that I hired her years ago. Because of her even though my ex tried to come back to change our order, Jennifer’s skills in drafting an air tight document had his claim dismissed immediately! Not only that but Jennifer is one of the rare types who I feel really cares about her clients. I never felt anything less than cared for, respected and fully supported and protected More...

Jennifer was wonderful! She spent more than 45 minutes for free on the phone with me and I knew I had to hire her. As soon as I did, we worked together to come up with a solid game plan and it’s working! !! Things are going so well for me. I could not be happier- she is really nice and responsive too. More...

The importance of having a properly drawn up Wil cannot be over emphasized. This is the only way that you can ensure that your assets are left to the people you want them to be left to and to your exact specifications. If you do not have a Will, then if you pass away, the Government will ultimately decide how your hard earned assets are dealt with, not to mention the fact that the process is stressfully, time consuming, costly and often, cumbersome for your loved ones.
Powers of Attorney are equally important in that if you are unable to make decisions for yourself, you appoint who make these important financial and/or health related decisions on your behalf, rather than a court appointed guardian or otherwise. With almost 20 years of experience in terms of assisting clients with preparing Wills and Powers of Attorneys, I offer highly competitive rates as well as highly competent advice. Do not hesitate to reach out if you do not have a Will or powers of Attorney.
