What inspired you to start your own business?
Back in 2014 after winning the Canadian National Championships in women's figure, I became an influencer in my community for better health for women.
Adapting a healthy lifestyle gave me confidence to leave a toxic relationship, allowed me to be able to handle work stress with a positive attitude and I felt better overall. I wanted to help others discover what it feels like to live life at your fullest potential.
