In 2015, my soul nudged me to delve deeply to reevaluate and explore my dreams and aspirations. Was I fulfilling my life purpose?
Many clients, friends, and business associates have confided in me that I have an innate ability to connect and empathize deeply with them and offer guidance naturally. Throughout my life, even strangers have been drawn to me to share their life challenges hoping for spiritual guidance and insights!
After heartfelt contemplation, I embarked on my new calling to expand my offerings to become a certified coach, an intuitive healer, and - Your Guiding Luminary!

What inspired you to start your own business?
After an aspiring career of over 25 years in the corporate world, I knew in my heart that my soul wanted a more balanced life: less work, more quality time with family and friends, and travel.
So I leaped faith and became an independent consultant. Recently, my journey led me to expand my services to life coaching and intuitive healing.
Today, my goal is to work with clients to help them uncover personal blockages, face their challenges, guide them to embrace change, and empower them to fulfill their soul's purpose and live their best lives!

Life Coaching Sessions
One-on-one coaching sessions are perfect when you:
*Are experiencing indecisiveness, or being unfocused in your personal or professional life and need to bounce off ideas with expert coaching?
*Want to reach out because you are blocked, overwhelmed, and need that little extra push to move forward with confidence.
*Self-doubt and low self-esteem are preventing you from embracing exciting challenges.
*Do not need a dedicated coaching program but appreciate knowing someone is always there to support you in time of need.
These sessions address immediate issues and resolve them quickly using a simple yet powerful process to change subconscious beliefs that can be self-limiting and self-sabotaging.
At times, more than one session is essential to resolve complex issues or situations and align you in the right direction. Using the novel coaching methodology and principles, I will devise a proposed step-by-step plan to include:
*a unique blend of various tools for change, contemporary and ancient, derived from neuroscience research, ancient mind/body wisdom;
*a groundbreaking approach to facilitating change at the subconscious level where at least 95% of our consciousness operates;
*a process that transcends the standard method of visualization, affirmations, and willpower; and
*a positive mindset that is effective in behavioural and habit change, wellness, and overall stress reduction.
After each session, you will have assignments and accountability. A rewards system will keep you inspired and motivated to ensure that you are following your action steps. In the end, I am confident that you will be pleased with your newfound success and accomplishments!

Intuitive Healing - Oracle Card Readings
To complement my Life Coaching Services and Programs, I offer Intuitive Card Readings to provide additional clarity to unconscious issues, patterns, behaviours, and traumas that prevent us from moving forward.
Each reading is done in a relaxed and positive environment - an interactive self-discovery session to guide you to learn more about who you are, your life purpose, and past issues causing stumbling blocks that require further attention.
After a reading, clients normally feel more empowered and open to navigating new areas of their lives.
These sessions are designed as a prelude to launching the coaching sessions but can be standalone sessions.

Group Sessions - Bi-weekly
Embracing & Celebrating Your Spiritual Ascension!
Join me in these sessions and allow yourself to let your guard down and meet other like-minded individuals to embrace and celebrate your newfound inspirations as you progress on your spiritual awakening.
Be part of a safe and closed community whose primary focus is to gently encourage you to open up about your challenges and guide you towards self-love, healing, newfound joy, passion, and fulfillment so that you can move forward.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Each session starts with a brief introduction and a 10-minute meditation to relax and align everyone's energies, followed by a themed group discussion and, in closing, an individual oracle card draw for added inspiration and motivation.
