What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to overcome challenges and to be their best. To help people set and achieve goals is immensely satisfying. I enjoy seeing the growth in my clients as they move forward in their life journey
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like the independence and the flexibility of being self employed. I can make adjustments to my business model as needed and I am able to work with my clients when required. I am not limited to fixed business hours.
Why should our clients choose you?
Through my life experience, I have developed a sense of empathy that helps me to work to understand what clients may be going through. They will be gently coached when needed and I am will hold them accountable when they are not following through on what they said they would do.

I have a Zoom account and can conduct meetings through that platform. In addition, phone meetings are also available
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Online with Zoom and phone meetings do not require face-to-face meetings.
