Vivek is very nice , accommodating and knowledgeable guy. He have very good knowledge of OBC (Ontario Building Code). We got our Second unit permit made by him. He guided us very well and made the full process so easy for us. What do you love most about your job?
Being a civil engineer since 1991 I have a passion in Designing and Building, In Canada also specialised in Building Codes and got the BCIN registration to work as a designer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In Canada we see lots of illegal multi-units, it was very upsetting for us since most of the homeowners are not even aware of building codes, they depend on advice from real estate agents, Lawyers, Mortgage Agents and Contractors. Since all houses have their unique building code requirements, most of the general advice by these professionals is not correct, but the homeowners are unaware of the wrongdoings. We educate homeowners and other professionals for correct building codes. We provide the most economical solutions for various residential and commercial construction projects. Our office equipped to do all kind of Building Permit Applications in Ontario.

A good service is liked by clients. We ask clients about their requirements and choices. Then we propose the best solution for their requirements. It may include, saving cost, quick turn around and no hidden cost. Long-term relationship with the client is always a Goal.
