I am a women only trainer specializing primarily in weight loss and strength training. My style of training is upbeat and creative and focuses on resistance training through gym and home programming. I pride myself on creating a safe and encouraging environment for all my clients as it leads to the best results and the most longevity.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
My workouts are dynamic and fun which helps with adherence to the program! I work with the client to create an interactive environment while teaching the client not only to do the moves but the process of programming so they eventually go off an exercise on their own in the future! The goal is LASTING results and ensuring consistency and longevity is key to success!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency is key ! Making sure you incorporate healthy habits into your lifestyle that are sustainable will leave clients with amazing and most importantly LASTING results!
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people and showing them the joys of being active. I truly believe exercise is medicine and watching my clients get their results and feel happy and strong in their bodies gets me so excited and motivated !
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always liked to be in control of my own destiny. While I work well with/under others, I am a natural born leader and being able to curate my own schedule and lifestyle is very important to me.

Yes! I love online training! You never have to leave the warmth and comfort of your home! Perfect for those with gym anxiety.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have shifted most of my clientele to online training! I am fully vaccinated and i am masked and socially distance as much as possible during sessions.
1- on- 1 Personal Training
Get 1- on-1 attention from an experienced personal trainer to help you reach your goals. Sessions are either in person or virtual and involve a 45min to 1 hr long resistance training session tailored to suite your fitness goals
Small Group Training
Groups of 2 or 3 persons per session, with similar fitness goals. Session is 45mins to 1hr long and are tailored to the specific needs of the group! Working out with friends is so much more fun !
Accountability Coaching
A monthly subscription for those who have experience working out but need an extra push to keep them on track ! Clients are given a monthly training plan as well as meal plan, receive points for every workout logged (redeemable for rewards), daily check ins to ensure adherence, 2 weekly zoom workout sessions and access to the community of members for daily motivation and interaction!
