Martin is my trainer, and he is a wonderful balance of motivating and caring at the same time. I really appreciate the flexibility of having in person and online sessions. The team at Iron Lab is fantastic. I primarily train with Martin—he’s kind, motivating, and knows his stuff. He takes a holistic approach that extends beyond the gym and gives support in nutrition, mindset and recovery. Its been a total game-changer for me.

Q&As

First we need to know what our client's goals are, why they are important to them and how will they improve their life. Then we ask a lot! of questions figuring out what they are doing now in terms of their health, fitness, nutrition, stress management etc. It is a very in depth initial interview and questionnaire which gives us a lot of information of what client is currently doing. Based on that we get a clear picture of what the biggest challenges are for our clients and how we can make changes to their daily habits that are sustainable for them yet signification enough to start seeing results fast.

There is no secret. If you know what your goal, understand what it means to you, it's only a matter of creating a road map and take action every day making that dream a reality. Once you know what you have to do today, this week and this month to achieve your goal it is much more "real" than just "a wish".

My life changed forever thanks to fitness. I see fitness and "raising human potential" and realizing if you can improve you fitness, your health, transform your body with that you have to change your mind. Once you mind this what is possible it has massive carry over to other aspects of life.
