This is going to be a bit of an unusual review, as I didn't actually employ Intellectric Technologies. I did however, speak to the electrician, Randal, on the phone, and was immediately impressed with his willingness to answer my questions and to really spend time with me as I tried to sort through the kind of product I was looking for.
I contacted him several times after that initial call, and each time, he was polite, thorough, and extremely helpful.
After listening to all of his input, I decided not to proceed with the work.
I am so impressed with him, that I know that, should I need an electrician in the future, I will contact him-and I'm already recommending him to friends and family.

Randal fixed an outlet, installed a 3-way switch, and extended the wiring to add a new outlet and light switch.
