I’ve been to others, but never again. Integrate has helped me out with a few different issues and has been the best care I’ve had.

I love Integrate! Shelagh and Karen are two of the best physio’s I have ever worked with! All hands on treatment. I always leave feeling so much better than I did walking in. They work with your goals in mind and the results happen. I have also had ART with Chad and it’s magic! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for chiropractic! Finally, Graham is a kind and knowledgeable ND - no “voodoo magic”, all practical solutions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone in Ottawa who wants to work with professionals who really take their work seriously and who know what they’re doing. Keep up the great work everyone! More...

I am being treated by Geoff Outerbridge and i must say that he is very professional and knowledgeable. This is not the old cracking chiro, it is the active relief/soft tissu one. I had a tension in my leg that got "scraped off" and 3 years have past and the tension did not come back. More...

The crew here is fantastic, absolutely. Ashley, Nadia, Nabila, and Florence run the show, processinh everything you need and booking what is necessary with a smile and genuine friendliness - true professionals. I have had the... mixed blessing... Of needing all of the resources offered at the collective. Everyone is professional and focused on getting you put back together. Katy has been undoing the horrible things I do to my body and making me be able to move for quite a while now. Excellent RMT, and manages to find more spots I didn't even know were a problem. She has kept me from falling apart. John, excellent chiropractor. Worked on putting more of me back together. Listens, explains, and Different approach to chiropractic than most are used to. If you are hesitant about the "traditional" style, cannot recommend enough. Nick, another excellent chiro. Been working on an injury, and has helped get me walking normally again. Also listens and explains, works to get you moving. Kelsey, fantastic physio. Has pushed me through the rehab process, and dealt with a couple of curve balls that were hampering progress. Makes sure I am improving, and is always looking to fix overall problems rather than JUST the acute one. On top of ALL of this, everyone communicates with each other and coordinates treatment plans for holistic treatment. This has dramatically sped up treatment and improvement, over doing these things in isolation. Fantastic group, all around. More...

I love this clinic. As a student-athlete, I really like this place because they fix you, give you exercices and make sure you don't book more than needed (i. e. 30 minute sessions instead of 45's or 60's). More...

Nothing but good things to say about OC3.It's a great clinic - the people who work there are friendly and professional; the set-up and atmosphere is welcoming; the location is central...what more can you want?Oh, they get results! I've been there for both Physio and Chiro needs multiple times and I can't help but rave about them. More...

First of all, I am a huge antique enthusiasts, so nothing gets me going like a refurbished victorian home turned into an office. The entrance is gorgeous. The staff at OC3 are really friendly and professional. My first visit here was for, what they call an "Integrative Assessment". It sounds fancy, but essentially, you see a chiro and a physic for your problem and they work together on your treatment plan. I had a few sessions with the chiro to work on my back, and then worked with the physio for my shoulder basically my body was broken after I had my son). Since then, I have done their Post-partum Yoga class (with Shelagh) and go on a regular basis to see Shelagh for physio on my back, shoulder and for acupuncture (omg, the most amazing results!). I wasn't able to move my shoulder for 6 months after a volleyball injury and after 1 session of acupuncture, it was 90% cured! I swear by it now. I will be booking for massage there too and would love to try their one on one pilates sessions. So many services offered under one roof. I love it!PS- they have parking, but it's on the side of the house. They have about 4 spots and for the most part I never have trouble finding one. Lots of 1 hr street parking around too. The pats don't last more than 30 min, so you should be ok, unless you get a really long massage. They accept only debit, cash or cheque too, so have the money ready! More...
