What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy and find most rewarding helping others develop and thrive as a person and as a professional. I believe that everyone can succeed and reach beyond their perceived limits with a continuing development mindset. I would love to help you achieve meaningful goals faster and be fulfilled as a whole person.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Over the course of my career as team leader, manager, director, in the Information Technology sector of a global corporation, I have guided, mentored, and coached many to succeed in their roles and unlock their potentials resulting in career advancement. I understand that navigating change is not easy for most people and it is critical for leaders to recognize and focus on their employees’ strengths rather than their weaknesses to help propel them forward and excel in their contributions. As a result, I have embarked on this mission to help people be confident in innovating themselves, creating business innovation and develop this capability as part of their personal and professional growth.

My service is provided remotely via Video conferencing. In-person service can be arranged on a case by case basis.

My service is provided remotely via Video conferencing. It is as effective as in-person service without the risk of exposing either party to any health-risk.

This package is ideal for clients who have short term goals looking for breakthroughs to take step change, or to get unstuck to propel forward. On top of the 6 sessions, we will have a 30 mins. Introductory session, a 20mins progress check-in session mid-way. I use an industry proven tool that focus on individual’s strengths, tap into your unrealized potential and how you can best use your advantages and achieve your goals. Each session aims at actionable outcome working towards the overall goal.
A Journey - 12 sessions within 6 months
This package is ideal for clients who have long term goals looking for breakthroughs to transform and excel in personal and professional growth. On top of the 12 sessions, we will have a 30 mins. Introductory session, a 20mins progress check-in session after 4th and 8th sessions. I use an industry proven tool that focus on individual’s strengths, tap into your unrealized potential and how you can best use your advantages and achieve your goals. Each session aims at actionable outcome working towards the overall goal.
