I have nothing but the most amazing things to say about Kirsty. She is the most supportive, professional and knowledgeable trainer/coach I’ve ever worked with. I’ve tried so many fad diets and went on a million different programs and nothing worked, until I started with Kirsty and she taught me how to have a healthy relationship with food and still eat what I want. I recently completed a 4 week work out/ meal plan with Kirsty, and it was an amazing experience! I was always very skeptical about doing things like this but I’m glad I did. The meals and workouts were very easy to follow and I felt a great difference in my body when I was on this plan. I also have diabetes and she was able to accommodate that perfectly! I would 100% recommend Kirsty to be your personal trainer if you have any desire to want to get back into shape, loose some weight, have more energy or even just to work on yourself both physically and mentally. Kirsty is amazing. She customizes both your workout plan and meal plan to your desire based on preferences of not only goals but the foods you like if your working out from home or the gym, etc. She is always there for support, I am currently on week 3 of her challenge and i feel great. She is there for motivation and to help you alongside by showing you how to do the workouts and pushing you to be the best you can. I never thought I would even see results after 2 weeks but sure enough thanks to her I have and it makes me even more motivated to keep going. I have so much more energy from eating the meals within the customize meal plans she provides. I used to sleep in everyday till 1030-11 when i was off work. Now regardless I'm up at 8am everyday and I WANT to go to the gym and my cravings have subsided.
