Rachelle is an amazing trainer. I have several injuries that are still healing and she has shown me exercises to help. She is very encouraging and positive to work with. I would definitely recommend her!
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By listening to them. The client trainer- relationship is the most important relationship. If my client doesn't feel safe or heard there is like little adherence or trust in my program or any outside information that I may be giving them.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
So many of us have body dysmorphia. I believe understanding what it takes to get the "ideal body" and maintain the ideal body may not be worth the work, diligence and frustration that it takes. There is a lot of behind the scene hard dieting going on. So training is one thing be food is another beast of it own.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing success. Whether it be improper movement to proper movement, running a 1/2 marathon, playing a full round of golf, completing an ironman, playing on the floor with grandchildren. - All of theses are true by the way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was not drawn to own my own business. It comes with the territory. I just want to train. I love it! At the age of 42 my parents are still trying to nudge me to more secure jobs, but I love training.

I care. I listen. I want you to be successful. There is not only one way to do things and I like to consider my self a problem solver.

Yes, Covid taught me well ;) Currently I use facetime with no problems. I bill out monthly, I haven't had any concerns.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I went online for a large portion of my clients. When the temperature was cooperating we went outside of those who wanted to. When the gyms opened I followed all protocols of masking, sanitizing and staying 6 feet away to the best of my abilities.
