This company cancelled my booking at 10pm the night before they were scheduled to arrive to do a cleaning claiming it was a scheduling error, however, I continued to receive reminders for the time I originally booked. Three years in which we gained a lot of experience especially working during the Pandemic. Fortunately, our institution remained Covid -19 free
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, Infinium staff carry equipment and supplies and their protection gears agains Covid -19.
The RN and PRN carry required diagnostic tools.
What do you love most about your job?
We meet new clients daily. We learn new techniques to improve our performance.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To care for those who once took care of us , to me it's one of life's greatest honour.

We can't provide our service online or remotely. We have to visit our client and serve them in their privet homes, retirement homes , community homes or hospitals.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are strictly following Ontario's Covid - 19 healthcare protocol and guidance.
All of our staff are fully vaccinated. They have also been trained to protect themselves and clients. Wearing masks, shields and gloves are mandatory before commencing any work.
